The district 51 umpire association is an all volunteer group of experienced little league umpires and has been established to provide local little leagues a resource to draw upon to assist in the development of their local UIC's and umpires.

 

Our primary goal is to work with all local leagues to train, prepare and retain their volunteer umpires.
